Key Dates & Deadlines

Substitutions

• All sales are final. Revista will permit the substitution of a registration to a colleague if a request is made in writing to events@revistacompanies.com by February 16, 2023. Any substitutions after February 16, 2023 must be made onsite.

Cancellation Deadline

• Cancellations for Registrations must be received on or before January 13, 2023 to receive a refund of the registration fee, minus the $150 processing fee.  Registration refunds will not be issued after January 13, 2023.  Refunds/credits will not be given for no-shows.

Hotel Cut-Off & Cancellation Deadline

• The discounted room rate will be available until February 6, 2023 or until the group room block is sold out.  A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to confirm each reservation, and will be applied to the first night’s stay upon check-in.  All deposits will be charged at the time the reservation is made.  Deposit will be forfeited for any reservations cancelled within seven (7) days of the arrival date.

NOTE: Conference registration is required prior to making a reservation in the Revista hotel room block. Hotel provides guest information to Revista for verification.  The hotel and Revista reserve the right to cancel any rooms of non-registered guests.
