Austin Horowitz is an Assistant Vice President in the Healthcare Finance group at First Citizens Bank (NYSE: FCNCA). His responsibilities include underwriting healthcare real estate transactions with a primary focus in the medical office industry. Working across the healthcare spectrum, Austin has worked with clients including medical office building investors, skilled nursing facility and senior housing owners and operators, inpatient rehab facilities, and many others. Prior to First Citizens Bank, Austin was a Production Analyst at Greystone & Co. where he Underwrote mezzanine, bridge and permanent financing debt for the acquisition refinance and new construction of Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Independent Living Facilities and Multifamily properties nationwide. Austin graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.A. degree in Economics.
