Director, Real Estate Strategy - Northwestern Medicine
Jenny has 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with expertise spanning Finance, Business Intelligence, and Strategy. She has held roles at leading healthcare organizations, including Cleveland Clinic and Rush Health, before joining Northwestern Medicine (NM) in Chicago, Illinois, where she has been a key contributor for 12 years. Since joining NM, she has led multiple growth initiatives which ultimately led her to a career in Real Estate. In 2022, Jenny transitioned to the Real Estate Strategy team, where she applies her deep understanding of organizational strategy to help guide real estate decisions that align with NM’s goals.
In her current role, she is responsible for:
- Managing space allocation for Northwestern Medicine’s 200+ locations.
- Informing acquisition and disposition strategies.
- Identifying and developing approaches for de novo growth.
- Translating operational needs into practical space solutions.
- Providing strategic direction for over 1,000 payable, receivable, and affiliate leases.
Jenny currently lives in Chicago, IL with her husband and two young daughters. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and an MBA from Cleveland State University.
