Vasili Davos

Vasili Davos joined Berkadia in 2024 and is a Senior Director for Berkadia’s Medical & Life Sciences based in Dallas, Texas. His primary focus is on originating and executing investment sale, recapitalization, and equity placement transactions across the United States, with a specialization in healthcare and medical office assets. Vasili’s experience comprises more than $3.0 billion of transactions spanning various healthcare specialties including medical office, surgery centers, inpatient rehab, behavioral health facilities, and life sciences.

Before joining Berkadia, Vasili served as a Director at JLL in Dallas, where he was part of their national Healthcare Capital Markets Group. Vasili has worked on a wide range of healthcare specialties, including medical offices, surgery centers, inpatient rehab, behavioral health facilities, and life sciences. Prior to JLL, Vasili played a key role in acquisition and investment efforts for two real estate private equity firms. His responsibilities included business development, acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture structuring, financing, and asset management across various asset types. This diverse background has equipped Vasili with the skills to navigate complex real estate transactions and provide tailored solutions to meet clients’ specific needs.

Vasili graduated Cum Laude from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting.
