Program Director, Real Estate and Infrastructure - Johns Hopkins University
Seydina M. Fall is a Senior Lecturer in Finance at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, where he also serves as the Academic Program Director for the Real Estate and Infrastructure Program. Mr. Fall is also a Faculty Co-Director for Innovation and Implementation for the Johns Hopkins Institute of Planetary Health, where his primary focus has been the development and dissemination of Planetary Health Principles for the real estate and asset management industries. Mr. Fall’s work explores topics at the intersection of sustainability and the built environment, such as how to design and implement real estate and infrastructure policies that minimize ecological footprint, improve public health, and leave room for a reasonable return on investment. He graduated summa cum laude from New York University and holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Yale School of Management. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
