Hilda, one of the founders and principals of Revista, has over 20 years of experience in real estate, with a specific focus on healthcare real estate. She is actively involved in all aspects of Revista and integral to building the company into the preeminent data and analytics firm serving the healthcare and life science real estate industries. She helps drive product and research initiatives as well as business development in addition to writing content and speaking at industry events. Throughout her career, Hilda has been quoted in numerous publications, including Healthcare Finance News, Healthcare Real Estate Insights, Forbes and The Wall Street Journal, and she has written many articles, including regular contributions to the Urban Land Institute’s Emerging Trends in Real Estate publication.
Before founding Revista, Hilda was a seasoned sales executive for more than 10 years, during which she successfully increased the sales and profile of several real estate-related companies. This included her work with the NIC MAP Data and Analysis Service at the National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing & Care Industry (NIC), which is the premier provider of supply and performance data, as well as industry trends and analytics for seniors housing.
Hilda lives on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys reading, gardening, traveling, and a nice round of golf.
