Chief Executive Officer, UDLR Healthcare
Robert Milligan is the CEO of UDLR Healthcare, a recently formed medical outpatient investor. He is a long-time healthcare real estate leader, serving most recently as the CFO of Healthcare Trust of America (NYSE: HTA), the largest owner and operator of MOBs until its sale to Healthcare Realty Trust (NYSE: HR) in 2022. In this role, he oversaw all aspects of the company’s finance and corporate operations, investment activities, and property operations. Prior to HTA, he worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focusing on healthcare and financial sponsors clients, and started his career at General Electric.
His commitment to the healthcare sector is deep, stemming from a family of medical professionals. In addition to his professional experience, he was a founding board member for Revista Med and investor and advisory board member for several healthcare and educational organizations.
Mr. Milligan holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business
