As the leading provider of local and national-level real estate data to support new business development, underwriting, portfolio maintenance, and investment strategy; Revista is thrilled to partner with Pivotal Analytics, a leading provider of next-generation business intelligence technology for healthcare investment decisions. This partnership combines the largest medical real estate database with All-Payer Claims data to provide unparalleled intel into property level tenant risk and opportunity. The two reports include:
Market Demand Report
The Market Demand Report explores gaps in care for the area surrounding an asset of interest. Using Pivotal’s expansive database of billings across all payer types, this report leverages local utilization data and a breakdown of where providers really spend their time to identify physician demand. This will enable users to further understand the need for providers, how many are practicing in the area, and the net opportunity of where access to care can be improved.
The Tenant Revenue Report
The Tenant Revenue Report offers users visibility into the provider activity within the walls of an asset of interest. Both at an individual level and by group, activity is aggregated by volume, revenue, and FTE count as a way of understanding the productivity of providers within an asset.
