Dan Eppley is a tenured healthcare finance and real estate professional with over 20 years of experience.
Dan joined the Capital One Healthcare Real Estate group by way of the GE Healthcare Financial Servicesacquisition in 2015. Dan held various leadership positions within the GE HFS real estate and he currently leads a team of real estate underwriting and portfolio management professionals at Capital One Healthcare. In this role, Dan leads the underwriting of large real estate transactions for Medical Office, Seniors Housing, and Skilled Nursing and the management of a <$8B portfolio. Dan began his career at a CPA firm and held finance positions for two ASC development companies prior to joining GE.
Dan holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate Finance from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
