Director – Leasing, Outpatient Medical at Healthpeak (NYSE: DOC)
Libby Langenderfer has been with Healthpeak (NYSE:DOC), a health care real estate investment trust, since 2016 and is currently their Director of Leasing. In this role, she oversees the strategy and execution of existing and prospective tenant relationships as it relates to portfolio optimization. She works in partnership with the brokerage and property management teams to establish and maintain existing relationships with health systems, hospitals, and independent medical provider tenants. Prior to Libby’s current role with Healthpeak, she was a Senior Analyst, Business Development on the Investments team. Before joining the DOC team, Libby spent over 5 years at Welltower (NYSE: WELL) in various business development roles. She was the founding Chair of the Revista Rising Leaders Council.
