Lorie Damon leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Advisory Group, working with Cushman & Wakefield’s clients to deliver best-in-class real estate services across the continuum of healthcare assets. As leader of Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Advisory Practice, Lorie tailors the firm’s menu of real estate services to meet the needs of healthcare providers and investor owners, assuring that Healthcare Practice team members deliver and execute services in alignment with clients’ approaches to care delivery as well as to their financial and operational objectives. She works across the firm’s portfolio and markets, assisting the broad spectrum of healthcare providers as well as investor owners of healthcare real estate. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, she served as Vice President, Healthcare Finance with Raymond James, where she advised healthcare systems regarding their real estate strategies. She also served as Vice President of Education and Research for BOMA International, leading the organization’s efforts to provide professional development and research to the commercial real estate industry. Among her key accomplishments was transforming BOMA’s annual Medical Office Buildings and Healthcare Facilities Conference into one of the industry’s premiere networking and educational events.
