A nearly twenty-year veteran of the healthcare real estate industry, Mr. Crowley leads the acquisitions team of Healthcare Realty, an NYSE-listed real estate investment trust (NYSE: HR) and the largest dedicated owner-operator of medical office buildings in the United States. Ryan and his team are responsible for sourcing, negotiating and closing medical office building acquisitions nationally. Throughout his time with the company Mr. Crowley has overseen the investment of over $4B of healthcare real estate assets. Ryan has been with Healthcare Realty since 2006.
