Steve Barry is Executive Vice President, Facilities Management and Real Estate Development for RWJBarnabas Health. In this role, Steve leads a team that is responsible for design & construction, facilities management and real estate for the health system. This oversight includes both the acute care facilities and the system’s growing ambulatory footprint. Throughout Steve’s twenty year career in healthcare real estate, he has been involved in all facets of the industry with a particular focus on ambulatory strategy and market share growth. Prior to joining RWJBarnabas Health, Steve was President of a national healthcare real estate firm which had developed more than 8 million square feet in 18 states. Steve began his career at JPMorgan in New York after graduating with a finance degree from the University Notre Dame.
