Amanda Doster joined BlackBirch Capital in 2024 where she oversees capital raising initiatives for healthcare, self-storage, and data center sponsors. Since joining, the team has represented a distinguished group of institutional sponsors, including long-established owners and operators of medical office real estate.
Prior to joining BlackBirch Capital, Doster served on the Transactions team at Harrison Street. During her tenure, Doster was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing healthcare investments across the country for all of the firm’s investment funds and expanding strategic relationships with developers, operators, and health systems. During her time at Harrison Street, Amanda was responsible for $7.2 billion of Harrison Street’s acquisition and development portfolio. Amanda holds a BS with a dual major in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
