Vice President - Healthpeak Properties, Inc
Mr. Ngo is the Vice President of Investments at Healthpeak Properties, a publicly traded healthcare REIT, overseeing all Life Science and Medical Office investment activities across the United States. Since joining Healthpeak in 2018, he has led the evaluation, acquisition, and development of investments totaling over $10 billion in medical office, life sciences, and senior housing assets, including the recent $7 billion merger of Physicians Realty Trust and Healthpeak Properties.
Before Healthpeak, Mr. Ngo was a Senior Research Associate at Green Street Advisors, a leader in real estate and REIT equity research. Earlier, he was with a consulting firm, managing strategic projects for large law firms and private equity groups.
Mr. Ngo holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of California, Irvine, and an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business. Mr. Ngo is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder.
