AVP Acquisitions - Heitman
Jack Kriva is an Assistant Vice President on Heitman’s Acquisitions team. He is responsible for originating, negotiating, executing, analyzing and valuing potential investments in direct equity real estate within the United States. Since Joining Heitman in January 2020, Jack has closed over $600 million in real estate acquisitions / development through direct investments and formation of joint venture relationships. Prior to joining Heitman, Jack worked in KPMG’s Real Estate Advisory group as an associate. Jack received a BBA with a double major in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
