Vice President of Investments - Rethink Healthcare Real Estate
Sophie Kim is Vice President of Investments at Rethink Healthcare Real Estate. She evaluates new investment opportunities by conducting underwriting, market analysis, and due diligence, and presents potential investments to the investment committee. Additionally, she is responsible for securing debt financing for both new and existing investments.
Ms. Kim holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in Finance and Economics, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Prior to joining Rethink, Ms. Kim held various roles in acquisitions and asset management with a national retail investor, where she analyzed investment performance and monitored operational activities for institutional assets totaling 11.3 million square feet.
