Chriss Papayannis currently serves as Cleveland Clinic Florida’s Regional Director of Real Estate. With seventeen years of commercial real estate investment and development experience, Chriss is responsible for strategic planning, long-term growth, market analysis, data driven site selection, acquisitions, deal structuring, transaction management and portfolio optimization for the integrated health system.
Prior to his current position, Chriss has held leadership roles as the real estate subject matter expert for other institutions and retail franchisors. He earned his Master of Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University. He prides himself for consistently driving growth through strategic vision, performance improvement and fostering high-performing teams in environments of trust and transparency
