Andrew Antognoli joined Anchor Health Properties in 2021 where he has overseen the entire investment lifecycle including sourcing, valuation, negotiations, due diligence, recapitalization/refinancing and acquisition of over $1 billion of healthcare real estate throughout the United States as one of the firm’s Investment leads. He also leads debt focused portfolio initiatives for Anchor, including managing and sourcing financing for all new acquisitions and ground up developments, garnering new and existing lender relationships, closing multi-asset debt and equity recapitalizations and executing complex interest rate derivative strategies. Andrew holds a BS in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Alabama Tuscaloosa and a MSRE in Real Estate and Infrastructure from Johns Hopkins – Carey Business School.
