PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Andrew has been with the firm since 2018 and has since served in several different positions. Currently, Andrew serves as Vice President and Managing Director of Investments where he is responsible for overseeing all of the firms Analysts, who are responsible for analyzing and underwriting all investments on behalf of the firm. Andrew also spearheads the management and sourcing of the debt financings on behalf of the firm. Managing existing financings as well as sourcing new project-level and corporate financings. Andrew works closely with Flagship’s CIO and CEO on the capitalization strategy of Flagship Healthcare Trust.
Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Andrew spent over two years with Columbus Nova, a Charlotte based commercial real estate investment group. Andrew served as a Net Lease Acquisitions Analyst for Columbus Nova, supporting deal origination and acquisition execution for investments in single-tenant net lease assets.
A native of Massachusetts, Andrew has lived in Charlotte, NC since 2015. In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys golfing and fishing.
Andrew holds a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Investments from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business.
