Mr. Corey Martier is Senior Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic region for Zeustra Real Estate Investment Services. He joined Zeustra in 2015 and has played a major role in the growth of the company with over $1 billion in successful transactions. Corey is responsible for all aspects of property sales and acquisitions on behalf of Zeustra’s institutional clients. This includes the execution of client business and investment strategies, coordination of financial and risk underwriting, and oversight of due diligence and transactional execution. Corey graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy Administration from Penn State University and earned a Master’s of Professional Studies in Real Estate with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
