Drew Perry serves as a Senior Associate at Nuveen in Baltimore, MD, where he plays a pivotal role on the healthcare real estate acquisitions team. His responsibilities include the strategic sourcing, comprehensive underwriting, and successful execution of healthcare real estate acquisitions and dispositions. He collaborates closely with Nuveen’s portfolio managers to align investment strategies with fund objectives while maintaining rigorous oversight of capital market dynamics to deliver informed investment recommendations.
Prior to joining Nuveen, Drew served as an Associate within JLL’s Healthcare Capital Markets team, where he demonstrated expertise in underwriting and preparing offering materials for approximately $2 billion in investment sales and debt offerings across the healthcare real estate sector.
Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston College.
