Associate - Nuveen
Drew Perry is an Associate in Nuveen Real Estate’s Workplace, Retail, and Mixed-Use team specializing in healthcare real estate. Mr. Perry is responsible for advancing the team’s acquisition efforts through sourcing and underwriting medical office, senior housing and other healthcare real estate opportunities. He works closely with portfolio managers to understand their fund objectives and closely monitors the capital markets to provide investment recommendations. Prior to Nuveen, Mr. Perry was an Associate in JLL’s healthcare capital markets team where he underwrote and prepared offering materials for approximately $2 billion in healthcare real estate investment sale and debt placement offerings. Drew Perry earned a BA in Economics from Boston College. During his time there, he was an active member of the Real Estate Club and held internships at MassHousing, The Joseph E. Corcoran Center for Real Estate and Urban Action, and CBRE.
