Vice President, Investments - RX Health & Science Trust (RXHST)
As Vice President, Investments, Jared is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities, preparing and presenting investment committee materials, completing due diligence and closing investment transactions for RX Health & Science Trust. Prior to RXHST, Jared was an Officer in the Commercial Real Estate group of CIBC Bank USA (formerly known as The Private Bank) where he evaluated new loan opportunities for the bank’s institutional real estate clients across asset classes including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, medical and real estate fund lines of credit. Additionally, he monitored and actively managed a loan portfolio to assess risk and complete regulatory compliance. Jared earned a BS in Business from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he also served as President of the Real Estate Club.
