Director, Business Development - Welltower
Jordyn Kelly is a Director of Business Development at Welltower. In this role, she is responsible for growing and managing relationships with existing and potential partners and reviewing investment opportunities. Prior to joining Welltower, Jordyn served as Vice President at a middle market investment bank on their healthcare real estate team leading sale transactions for primarily physician owned real estate. She also worked at a leading healthcare private equity firm where she focused on due diligence and closing acquisitions of outpatient medical facilities. Jordyn graduated with a MS and BS in Accounting from the University of Denver and is a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado.
