Kyle Rowe

Kyle Rowe is the Real Estate Leasing Coordinator for BayCare Health System – headquartered in Clearwater, FL.  BayCare Health System is the Tampa Bay region’s largest health system, and top 3 in the state of Florida.  BayCare also owns and operates the largest medical office portfolio in the Tampa Bay region.  Kyle leads leasing efforts for this diverse, and growing, healthcare portfolio.  During his time, he has been responsible for substantial growth within the portfolio due to occupancy rate increases and revenue generation. 

Before joining BayCare, Kyle was a Brokerage Partner with DTSpade Specialized Real Estate (Atlanta, GA), where he specialized in tenant representation for physician groups and health systems, including WellStar Health System.  Prior to that, he worked with HealthAmerica Realty Group (Atlanta, GA), where his focus was on landlord representation for owners of medical office.  With his background both working in brokerage and internally within health systems, Kyle provides a unique and dynamic approach to delivering real estate solutions.

Kyle received his Bachelors in Business Administration from Valdosta State University.  Kyle is originally from Georgia, but has been in the Tampa Bay area since 2021.  He resides in St. Petersburg and enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family – especially his Doberman Pinscher, Finn.
