Ryan Foley

Ryan Foley is a Vice President with Colliers in San Diego and the founder of the Colliers San Diego Healthcare Services Team. He specializes in healthcare leasing, sales, and advisory services for health systems, physician groups, investors, and developers throughout San Diego County. Ryan has completed more than $300 million in medical outpatient transactions totaling over 1 million square feet and advises local health systems and institutional clients on a broad portfolio of healthcare leasing and sales assignments. His experience includes portfolio-level strategy, asset repositioning, owner-user transactions, and long-term real estate planning for healthcare organizations across San Diego County. He is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara and is actively involved with local charitable organizations including the Tri-City Hospital Foundation and the Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego. In his free time, Ryan enjoys snowboarding, golf, and spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs.
