As Vice President based in Transwestern’s Austin office, Seth serves on the Healthcare Capital Markets team specializing in investment sales. In this role, Seth is responsible for expanding the firm’s presence in the medical space, using his expertise in analyzing client portfolios and providing valuable advice on acquisitions and dispositions nationwide. Seth’s ability to anticipate his client’s needs, coupled with his comprehensive knowledge of the intricacies of healthcare real estate, makes him an ideal advisor with a depth of knowledge.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Prior to joining Transwestern, Seth served as a Vice President of Capital Markets for Quantum Real Estate Advisors Inc. There, he collaborated closely with developers, funds, and family offices, advising on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant Healthcare assets across the country.

Seth holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on marketing and sales from Indiana University.
