Shaun Knapp

Vice President at LaSalle Investment Management

Shaun Knapp is a Vice President at LaSalle responsible for the financial performance of a portfolio of medical buildings totaling over 1 million square feet and $600 million in value. Mr. Knapp’s responsibilities include leasing, capital project management and budget execution. As a leader within the healthcare real estate team, Mr. Knapp is also heavily involved in evaluating and underwriting new investment opportunities. This flexibility allows Mr. Knapp to see investments through the deal cycle, from acquisition, asset management and ultimately disposition. Mr. Knapp previously worked on the portfolio management side of LaSalle’ business, working with three separate account client funds totaling $2.5 billion in aggregate value. 

Prior to LaSalle, Mr. Knapp was a Portfolio Manager for Associated Bank, where he underwrote new loan opportunities and maintained an existing portfolio for Associated Bank’s Institutional and Middle Market clients, spread across asset types and development stages.

Mr. Knapp holds a BA in Economics from Marquette University.
