Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets
Tyler Morss is a Director on Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Capital Markets team, where he leads national debt, equity and structured finance initiatives for healthcare properties and development projects across the United States. Mr. Morss joined Cushman & Wakefield in April 2023 and is based in New York.
Mr. Morss advises healthcare providers, owners, and investors on debt and equity placements, recapitalizations, and strategic capital planning for outpatient and inpatient healthcare assets, and behavioral health facilities nationally. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Morss led a healthcare originations at Liberty Structured Credit, focusing on high-yield debt investments, and previously served as Head of Capital Markets at Keyway Properties, a tech-enabled medical office aggregator based in New York. Mr. Morss has over 10 years of experience across credit, principal, and brokerage sides of healthcare commercial real estate.
Mr. Morss earned his BA from Denison University.
