3 Things You Should Know About Revista

February 18, 2015 by Jim Leavy Topics: Revista Best Practices

1. We specialize in healthcare real estate
Focusing on healthcare real estate allows us to provide specialized information that is crucial to making smart investment decisions. We are the first and only firm to provide full national coverage of medical real estate. Our inventory of properties includes more than 30,000 medical office buildings, and more than 20,000 other properties providing healthcare in retail or office settings. Revista is the definitive source of the inventory of healthcare properties anywhere in the 48 states, and we are rapidly adding detailed information at the property level such as owner, owner type, sales transactions and construction. We already publish more than 5,000 transactions and 1,000 construction projects.

2. We want you to compare our data
Revista is dedicated to providing data of the highest quality. To do that, many sources of data including government and private data files, public records and in house research are used. Skilled researchers and smart use of technology allows us to find relevant data and constantly audit for possible errors. We may be a newer company, but our data already compares favorably to other sources in many areas.

3. Our listings are free to create and view
If you represent a property for sale or lease, we’ll add your information for free, and we allow all users, not just subscribers to see your information. You can add your name, company, logo and contact information. Revista wants to be a resource to healthcare real estate professionals. We’ll make it easy for you to add your listings and gain valuable exposure.
