The above table shows the results from this year’s Outpatient Development Survey. It only shows projects that were partially or fully owned by a third-party developer. We can see that NexCore Group topped the list with 5 projects started, and 2 completed for a total of 615,096 square feet.
Overall, Revista tracked 44.9 million square feet of outpatient developments in 2022, with 18.8 million sf (42%) being done by third-party developers.
