Trammell Crow adjusts plans for medical office building at proposed McMillan project

Trammel Crow is the developer on a proposed medical office building to be contained within the McMillan mixed use project of Washington DC. The project, still in planning and yet to clear key approvals, is located along Michigan Avenue between North Capitol and 1st Streets, NW. The site is very close to Children’s National Medical Center and MedStar’s Washington Hospital Center. See link to project website http://envisionmcmillan.com/. Trammel Crow recently adjusted plans for the MOB by shaving off one floor to address concerns among the Zoning Commission. There is not a current timetable for the project to move forward.
