Revista Partners with Pivotal Analytics to Provide All-Payer Data Reports

September 10, 2024 by Elisa Freeman Topics: Uncategorized
Arnold, MD, September 9, 2024 — Revista , a leading provider of local and national-level real estate data to support new business development, underwriting, portfolio maintenance, and investment strategy; announced today that it has partnered with Pivotal Analytics, a leading provider of next-generation business intelligence technology for healthcare investment decisions. The two companies are bringing together the largest medical real estate database and All-Payer Claims data to provide unparalleled intel into property level tenant risk and opportunity. The two reports include:

Market Demand Report
The Market Demand Report explores gaps in care for the area surrounding an asset of interest. Using Pivotal’s expansive database of billings across all payer types, this report leverages local utilization data and a breakdown of where providers really spend their time to identify physician demand. This will enable users to further understand the need for providers, how many are practicing in the area, and the net opportunity of where access to care can be improved.

Tenant Revenue Report
This report offers users visibility into the provider activity within the walls of an asset of interest. Both at an individual level and by group, activity is aggregated by volume, revenue, and FTE count as a way of understanding the productivity of providers within an asset.

These reports will be available as an add-on to any Revista subscription and will provide an expanded look into tenant performance from the current suite of Revista tools and will enhance underwriting and local property analysis. Reports will include tenant billing volumes across all payor types, as well as specific specialty demand in the current market and forecasted five and ten years into the future. Using the most recent All-Payer Claims data available for physician volumes, as well as population and regional utilization rates, these new reports can help further identify demand for specific specialties around medical outpatient buildings and hospital properties – now – and in the coming years. Subscribers will be able to obtain data-driven insights to help pinpoint opportunities or oversaturation in their markets, as well as potential risk for tenant turnover.

“The Pivotal team has established itself as a leading provider of healthcare market intelligence, and we are delighted to partner with them to elevate our suite of products. By combining their comprehensive all-payor claims data with our unmatched medical real estate property and market data, we’re providing decision-makers with valuable insights and the capability to cross-reference both data sets for more informed business decisions.” said Hilda Martin, a principal and co-founder at Revista.

Fady Barmada, a co-founder of Pivotal Analytics said he is “…thrilled about our partnership with the Revista team! Together, we are empowering decision-makers with fresh perspectives by combining the best real estate asset and market data with the most comprehensive healthcare market intelligence in the industry. Customers receive a distinct competitive advantage as they optimize their asset and portfolio decisions in a way that is only possible from this new vantage point.”
