Revista signs on three new partnering companies
Founded in 1985 as a developer of innovative and exciting retail centers, Anchor Health Properties is a national firm that has been devoted exclusively to the development, management, and investment of medical facilities for more than 30 years. Founded on many of the same principles basic to the creation of a successful retail center, their development process and strategic approach to navigating competitive healthcare markets evolved from their days in retail development.
Interfinish is a client-centric, future-focused interior finishes firm that enhances and preserves the value of commercialreal estate. They focus on winning the partnership, not the project. Their commitment to building long-term partnerships with clients is demonstrated by a portfolio that spans over 30 years.
Global Medical REIT Inc. (NYSE: GMRE) is a net-lease medical office real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns and acquires purpose-built healthcare facilities and leases those facilities to strong healthcare systems and groups with leading market share. Their national portfolio is comprised substantially of off-campus, medical facilities such as MOBs, specialty hospitals, IRFs and ASCs, that are geographically situated to take advantage of the aging U.S. population and the decentralization of healthcare.
All three companies have signed on as gold partners with Revista and join an impressive roster of industry leading companies who have all renewed their commitment to Revitas future for 2020 and beyond.
