Excitement for Dr. Sam Chandan’s Keynote

June 8, 2015 by Dan Klein Topics: Real Estate Financing/Capital Markets, Revista News

I was so excited to hear that Dr. Sam Chandan would be presenting again at the Revista national conference. I would rate Dr. Chandan’s presentation last year as the best one I heard all year –Hands down. Dr. Chandan brings three very powerful elements to bear: his super-charged energy, an understanding of economic and market data, and the big picture thinking to bring it all together.
Dr. Chandan crammed about three hours of useful information into a succinct and vibrant one-hour presentation. I am looking forward to this year to hear Dr. Chandan’s take on the changing economic conditions and the resulting impact on employment, the investment markets, and the real estate markets. I know I will go away smarter than I arrived, just like last year.

General Session Description – Oct. 14, 2015:

Join Dr. Sam Chandan, President & Chief Economist of Chandan Economics & Professor in the Associated Faculty of Real Estate, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, as he keynotes the 2015 Revista Medical Real Estate Investment Forum. Renowned as a leading expert in economics, capital markets and commercial real estate, Dr. Chandan will provide his innovative insight into the macro forces that are currently affecting and are likely to affect the real estate investment environment. Dr. Chandan will detail his thoughts on the business cycle, interest rates, capital flows, asset pricing, credit standards and cap rates.

Stay tuned for more on this year’s program.
