Revista Partner, Physicians Realty Trust, announced that their founder, John W. Sweet, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer has retired. Mr. Sweet will continue as a consultant with the Company. Mr. Sweet has held numerous financial positions with both public and private companies as well as senior advisory positions with family investment officers. Mr. Sweet has a B.S. in Business Administration from St. John Fisher College and a Master’s from Rochester Institute of Technology. This was not the only change at Physicians Realty Trust this year. With Mr. Sweet’s retirement his position will be filled by Deeni Taylor as the new Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Taylor came to Physicians Realty Trust from Duke Realty where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Office for St. Vincent Health. He was also President of UNITY Health Management Services and was Vice President of Planning and Marketing for Ascension’s St. Vincent’s Hospital. Prior to these positions Mr. Taylor served as Vice President of Ancillary Services for St. Joseph Hospital. Mr. Taylor is a graduate of Purdue University, with a B.S. in Pharmacy, and Central Michigan University with a Masters in Science Administration, Mr. Taylor is a member of ULI and serves on its Healthcare and Life Science Council. He is a past Diplomat in American College of Healthcare Executives and is an active member of the Purdue National Leadership Circle Executive Committee. Mr. Taylor has served on Peyton Manning’s PeyBack Foundation since 2001. The final change at Physicians Realty Trust comes with the newly created position of Senior Vice President-Deputy Chief Investment Officer for Revista Board Member, Daniel Klein. Mr. Klein worked for many years at Welltower and was previously Co-Founder and President of CB Richard Ellis/Reichle Klein, a full-service commercial real estate firm. He is an attorney and holds IREM’s CPM© designation. Mr. Klein is a member of several prominent industry boards, is a frequent speaker at industry events, and has published articles in the medical office space. Mr. Klein received his B.S. from the University of Virginia, and a law degree from The University of Toledo College of Law.

Peter Scott joined HCP as their Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in February. He was the Managing Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Barclays. Mr. Scott joined Barclays in 2008 from Lehman Brothers where he held a similar role. He worked in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse from 2012-2014 before re-joining Barclays. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Finance.
