UBS Real Estate, along with Greelaw Partners of Irvine CA recently acquired the Saddleback Valley Medical Csaddlebackenter (MOB) from Lillibridge/Ventas.  The purchase price was $34.5 million which works out to about $254 per square foot (SF).  The Saddleback Valley MOB is on the campus of the Saddleback Memorial Medical Center and was built in 1980 but had been substantially renovated in 2014.  Lillibridge had acquired the property in 2003. The property was also recently listed for lease through Colliers.
