Revista Updates the Size and Scope of the Medical Real Estate Sector
Revista has updated the size and scope of the Medical Real Estate Sector (MRE or HCRE). The October 2026 update shows that the HCRE sector (all inpatient and outpatient real estate) contains roughly 3.6 million square feet (SF) and carries a valuation of $1.6 trillion (T).
