Specialty Demand Reports Upgrade

November 24, 2021 by Hilda Martin Topics: Revista Best Practices, Revista News

Revista has been hard at work on product development this fall and one of the new releases is an upgrade to our current Specialty Demand report. You can now adjust your benchmark in this report the greater metro area, state or the top 50 metro area aggregate! This update was a direct result of subscriber feedback since we’ve added this report to the system.

If you’re not familiar, this report is found in the Property Search tool and assesses the density of a particular specialty relevant to the population within a specific radius. Along with Medicare charge trends and demographics, this information can be used to evaluate the turnover risk of current tenants in a building coming up for renewal, help build a leasing strategy for unoccupied space or aid in the placement of specialties in a specific geography.
