A 51,000 square foot medical office building in Oakdale, California traded hands in late July. The Oakdale Medical Plaza was developed in 2007 by GL Bruno in association with Oak Valley Hospital at a cost of $10.7 million. The MOB sold in late July for $12 million or $235 per square foot. The building was 98% occupied at the time of purchase, according to Greg Trainor of Fairfield Advisors, who represented the seller in the deal. According to a release from Fairfield, The hospital, along with a range of specialty practice physician groups, are the tenants in the Medical Building.
