Rendina Offers up a National Medical Office Portfolio for Sale

Rendina Healthcare Real Estate, a leading MOB developer/investor in the sector, has put up a 10 property, 489,301 square foot high quality MOB portfolio for sale. JLL has been hired to facilitate the transaction.

The portfolio is located throughout key growth markets in the United States including Texas, South Carolina, New Jersey, Arizona, Virginia and Illinois.  The portfolio has a 87% occupancy with 34% of tenancy from strong, investment grade non-profit national and regional health systems.

The portfolio includes several class A assets such as the Harker Heights Medical Pavilion which is 100% leased and on the campus of Seton Medical Center Harker Heights.  Also included are 3 assets located on the campus of Clara Mass Medical Center which Rendina acquired back in 2014.
